Do I need to know exactly what to build?
No. Start with the work that feels slow, scattered, or too dependent on you. An audit can help define what to tackle first.
What does it cost?
Audits, implementation projects, and retainers are custom-quoted. The proposal defines the scope, fee, and any separate software costs before you commit. Tell us what you need.
How long does a project take?
There is no single duration for every engagement. The timeline is agreed during scoping and reflects the workflows involved, required access, data preparation, and your team’s review schedule.
Can we keep the tools we already use?
We start by looking at your current tools and how your team uses them. Any recommended changes, integrations, or additional subscriptions are discussed as part of the scope.
Is HQ something I can buy off the shelf?
HQ is a HowOps product adapted to the organization. ABLE and WISE are distinct implementations. Your version would be scoped around your work.
What happens after a build?
Handover and documentation are defined in the project scope. If you need continued refinement, operations support, or coaching, we can discuss a monthly retainer.
